    The item I want is out of stock, when will you get more?
       - Most of our items are not out of stock for long.  Please feel free to contact us to check for availability.  Additionally, if you select the color and size you are looking for in the item that is out of stock, you will have the option to enter your email address to receive a "Back In Stock" notification.

    Can you special order more if you’re out of stock?
       - Sure! Please contact us and we will help you place the order.  We will ship your order out as soon as the items come in.

    Can I order over the phone?
       - We will gladly help you place an order over the phone.  Please contact us to place your orders Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm MST.

    I forgot to use my coupon code.  Can you add it after checkout?
       - Sure, please contact us via email or phone with the coupon code and your order number and we will gladly apply it to your order.

    How fast do you ship?
       - All of our in stock items ship same day if order is recieved by 12:00 MST.  For any out of stock or custom items, please contact us for an accurate turnaround time.  All items ship from our warehouse in Littleton, CO, 80120.

    Do you have a store where I can pick my order up?
       - Sure! You can pick up orders from our warehouse in Littleton, Colorado. Please contact us ahead of time to schedule your pick up.

    How long does shipping take?

       - Shipping times depend on where we are shipping to, and the method used.  All orders ship from our warehouse in Littleton, CO, zip code 80120.

    • USPS First Class and Priority Mail are delivered Monday-Saturday.
    • First Class mail generally arrives in 1-5 business days, and Priority in 1-3 business days.
    • UPS Ground delivers Monday-Friday, and arrives in 1-5 business days.
    • UPS 2nd Day Air delivers Monday-Friday, and arrives in 2 business days.
    • UPS Next Day Air delivers Monday-Friday, and arrives in 1 business day.

    I need my order by this weekend what shipping should I choose?
       - If your order is urgent, we suggest contacting us directly to ensure prompt delivery.

    Can you change the shipping after I've placed the order?
       - As long as the item has not shipped yet, changing the shipping method can typically be adjusted, contact us to discuss options.  Additional payment may be required to expedite your shipping.

    I forgot to add another item to my order can you add it for me?
       - No problem! Contact us, we will gladly update your order.

    I ordered the wrong size. Can you change it for me?
       - Sure, let us know which size you need, and we can update the order for you. If it has already shipped, we’ll gladly exchange it.

    I ordered twice. Can you combine them into one shipment?
        -Depending on the options when checking out online, we may be able to combine your orders. Please contact us and have all order numbers available, and we will do our best to combine the orders.

    Do you offer wholesale pricing?
       - Currently, we do not.

    Do you accept PO's?
       - Yes, we do.  Please contact us.

     SOCK F.A.Q

    Why do you just sell a single sock?
       - We only sell our Custom Player ID Number socks as single socks. This allows you to build your jersey number by selecting one number for each foot.

    Are all your socks sold as singles or pairs? Which ones?
       - All of our socks are sold as pairs, EXCEPT the numbered Player ID socks. 

    I ordered a single sock by mistake. How do I get a pair?
       - We have included a unique coupon in your package for ordering the second sock. You can also contact us and we will gladly send out the second sock for you at a discounted price.

    What size socks should I order?
       - Our socks are sized by shoe size. We have broken it down by men’s and women’s sizing for accuracy.  Please see our size charts for more details.

    Can I order just one or two pairs of your custom socks?
       - Our minimums vary by design and quantities are available in each custom sock description. Some are as low as 12 pairs.

    How long do custom orders take?
       - Custom orders times vary by the manufacturer - some are 3-4 weeks, others run 7-8 weeks.  Please plan ahead for busy seasons (Spring, Fall & Christmas).  If you need expedited shipping, please let us know at the time of your order.

    Are there any discounts if I buy more?
       - Yes! You can contact us for large quantity orders, and we will be able to give a more accurate quote.

    It says you’re out of stock on your website. Can I order them on Amazon?
       - You sure can! Amazon stock is separate from our warehouse on most items. You can shop our entire storefront by clicking going to www.amazon.com/shops/madsportsstuff

    I don't see the color I'm looking for can you get them in any color?
       - Many of our items can be ordered in custom sizes, colors or fabrics.  Please see our custos page to see what options are available.  As always, you can contact us for more information.
